8th Oct 2008 First things first, anyone who has seen us at our last two gigs should know that we do now have a new drummer. His name is Ritchie and he's awesome.
With Ritchie now on board we intend to push on, start booking some more gigs and record a b-side ready for the release of our next single. More news on this soon!
Also, due to my lack of an internet connection, i've haven't been able to tell you about our excellent gig with The Subways at the UEA in Norwich.
Check out our myspace page for a blog about the gig and some photos from the night!

20th Aug 2008 As of this week, Will has left the band after manning the drumkit for the past three years. We'd like to go on record and thank Will for everything he's done in that time,
we've had some good times and have achieved some good things. There is a message from Will up on our MySpace and our message board if anyone would like to read it.
So, we're now starting the search for a new drummer. If you're interested or know anyone who might be interested in joining us, send an email to theband@kunk.co.uk or contact

11th Aug 2008 Long time no update. Sorry about that.
Just to let you know that our feature from last months Big Cheese magazine can now been found in the press section of this site, check it out.
Some more very exciting news is that we've just found out that Steve Jones from the Sex Pistols has been playing "We're Not Who You Think We Are" on his 'Jonesey's Jukebox'
radio show on Indie 103.1 in Los Angeles.
And, last but not least...we've donated our song 'Little People' to a new Love Music Hate Racism CD compilation, which'll be available through the
R*E*P*E*A*T Records website - from Monday 18th August.
"Keep Britain Tidy - A Public Service Announcement With Guitars" will set you back a mere £3 (inc. P&P) with all profits going to Love Music Hate Racism, and it also
features tracks by William, We Start Fires, Popular Workshop, Ten City Nation, Nebraska, Lily Rae, The Indelicates, Jacob's Mouse, Dexy, MyBroken101, Tex La Homa,
Robert Rorison, Johnny Panic, Bretton, The Shills, Thee Vicars, Stagecoach, Subliminal Girls, Volunteers, The Hope, FallingFast, Greg McDonald and Attila The Stockbroker.
2nd Jul 2008 Just a quick message to let you know that the recording of our next single 'This City' went incredibly well. We are now the proud parents of a nice little two and half
minute pop song, which will hopefully be released sometime around September/October. Check out myspace page for a couple of blogs from our studio sessions and keep an eye out
for more details on the single release.
That's all for now folks. Bye bye, 24th Jun 2008 Tune in to Indie 103.1FM Los Angeles this Saturday at 11am Pacific Standard Time (that's 7pm for those of us in the UK) to hear James being interviewed live on Passport
Approved. The "We're Not Who You Think We Are" single has been getting lots of play in the US lately with the influential guys at Passport Approved in particular giving us
a lot of support.
If you're outside of the US you can listen online at www.indie1031.fm.
15th Jun 2008 First things first, there are some new reviews of the "We're Not Who You Think We Are" single up on the reviews page, check them out!
Secondly, there's a chance of 'We're Not Who You Think We Are' being used in an online and radio ad campaign for the new Samsung f400, but we need your votes to win.
All you need to do is visit www.f400share.com and register, then find KunK on the list of bands and give us your vote. It would be great
exposure for us if we could get on the ad, so if you do have a spare few minutes then we'd be really grateful if you could help us out.
Last but not least, we are now planning our next single release and are extremely pleased to announce that we'll be recording it at Press Play Studios in London with the wonderful
Paul Tipler. Paul has previously worked with Idlewild, Placebo, Forward Russia and lots other top acts and we can't wait to start working with him. More details on the single
will be coming soon!
